I build things that help people work better. Started as an architect, became a technologist, now building AI for careers.

The Longer Version

Before Teal, I co-founded WeWork and served as Chief Product & Experience Officer, leading product, design, and technology for the company's growth from a single location to a global platform.

Before WeWork, I founded CASE Design (now part of WeWork) and worked at SHoP Architects as Director of Technology Research. I've been teaching at Columbia University's Graduate School of Architecture since 2006.

I hold a Master of Architecture from Columbia University, where I received the Lucille Smyser Lowenfish Memorial Prize and the Computer Aided Design Honor Award.
